Do not drink coffee on an empty stomach - it is harmful! It is best to do this immediately after eating or after a while. But do not forget that if you drink coffee after a meal, you should not accompany this event with sweets - this can overload the stomach.

The body's sensitivity to caffeine decreases with regular consumption of coffee, therefore, for true coffee lovers, the number of cups that is at the upper limit of the norm - 5-6 daily, is permissible.

It is advisable to drink the last cup of coffee 4-5 hours before bedtime, otherwise the stimulating effect of caffeine can ruin the entire night's rest.

Use only natural coffee beans or ground coffee. In soluble, there are no useful substances, and in cheap varieties, the composition, as a rule, is generally unknown. But instant coffee has a very harsh effect on the stomach, especially if you drink it on an empty stomach. It is believed that its regular intake can cause the development of gastritis. If you really want coffee, and only instant coffee is available, reduce the consumption rate to one cup a day.
